WALL ELEMENTS EUROMAC2  

The wall elements of EUROMAC2 , are also called an "Insulated polystyrene Concrete Formwork (ICF)", with metallic mesh reinforcement continuously moulded into the polystyrene. The EUROMAC2 system is unique and the best in its class.

EUROMAC2 Wall Forms.

Using this technique gives the wall blocks of EUROMAC2, the necessary stability to allow to pump the infill of concrete up to the full height of the wall. With EUROMAC2, you can build an Earthquake resistant structure up to 10 floors high.

Outer walls of EUROMAC2 have a fire resistance of 90 minutes (F90) and are an excellent insulator of noise (a full concrete wall
has of 16 to 21 cm of thickness).

With this technique the walls form a monolithic concrete slab, with no air pockets.
The fixing of heavy objects on a wall in any location is guaranteed by the continuous concrete layer, and so do not need any specific fixing locations to be prepared.

Other suppliers of wall blocks may provide formwork elements with polystyrene strings or of plastic, but they will not have the strength of EUROMAC2 elements.
